Life Record™
Life Record started the web based medical record revolution
in 1998 with the development of the world's first web
enabled medical record software based on the Intersystems
Cache database. A lot has happened since then, including
the migration into a fully functional web enabled EMR
application built on new technologies that are open and
non-proprietary including PHP and MySQL.

Life Record Inc. has offices in New Mexico and Delaware
with data centers in New Mexico and Arizona.
Who We Are
Life Record is comprised of talented individuals for
development, support, and technology. We take pride in the
fact that our staff and our philosophy match perfectly;
"Anything is possible, and there are no limits." We are a
young progressive company, and we're not afraid to break
the mold. Even though we would like to profile all of our
staff, we wanted to keep this short and sweet. Just be
